Job summary

Sonar in Austin, TX is hiring an O2C Revenue Analyst to ensure data accuracy across order-to-cash and revenue accounting. You'll extract, transform, validate, and load Salesforce CPQ data into Aptitude RevStream, investigate data exceptions, and reconcile billing with the revenue subledger.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in O2C data operations, revenue systems, data processing, or data engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document repeatable procedures; communicate technical issues clearly.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate across Finance and BizTech, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced close.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, Data Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Aptitude RevStream, SFDC, NetSuite and Stripe is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extract Salesforce CPQ and billing data, clean and transform datasets, validate completeness and accuracy, and load inputs.
• Reconcile billing data, investigate differences, and maintain schedules for monthly and quarterly closes.
• Investigate recurring data exceptions with Revenue Accounting and Billing Operations.
• Support calculations, product configuration, and revenue recognition rule testing with proper controls.
• Develop and maintain SQL reports and Excel transformations to identify data issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes while keeping necessary reviews and controls.
• Prepare data lineage, reconciliation support, and documentation for internal and external audits.
