Job summary

Flowers Foods is seeking an Enterprise Shared Services Operations Specialist to support the Order-to-Cash and Order Management processes. You will handle customer orders, inquiries, and data maintenance within the Shared Services team, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution, while maintaining ERP/MRP data integrity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Shared Services or related environments.
• Experience processing orders in high-volume environments.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and timely per policies.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and delivery requirements.
• Monitor order management workflows and resolve routine exceptions.
• Support OTC activities including entry, maintenance, and transactional processing.
• Perform MRP-related activities such as material availability review and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Respond to inquiries related to order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain master data and ensure compliance with controls.
• Monitor open orders and identify service or inventory issues.
• Maintain organized records and support month-end and audits.
• Identify operational issues and elevate non-routine matters to leadership.
