Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in the Indianapolis area seeks an Associate Director of AR to lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, drive data governance, and optimize billing and collections. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with a hybrid schedule near Fishers.

The role requires 5+ years in AR/O2C leadership, ERP experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will mentor the O2C team and partner with Finance, Sales, and IT to scale revenue operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Shared Services leadership.
• Strong understanding of billing, collections, cash applications, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and optimize accuracy and customer service.
• Oversee customer, pricing, and item master data governance for integrity and compliance.
• Manage billing and invoicing to ensure timely revenue capture.
• Develop credit and collections strategies to improve cash flow and reduce past-due balances.
• Lead dispute resolution, account reconciliations, and write-off processes.
• Own AR and O2C metrics like DSO, aging, collections performance and reserve analysis.
• Support month-end close, audits, and financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements for scalability.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Legal, and IT.
