Job summary

NAES is seeking a Process Operator for the Full Circle RNG project to safely operate and maintain the facility, interfacing with SCADA, running tests and performing lab analyses for process control. You will support anaerobic digestion, electrical generation, and waste treatment processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, ideally technical training; we value ability to monitor equipment, troubleshoot, collect data, and maintain safe operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency; technical college degree or vocational training desired.
• Knowledge of wastewater operations is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the anaerobic digestion process; willingness to learn processes and operating procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to actively listen to others.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well with others.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations, maintenance and overall facility activities.
• Monitor equipment, gauges and charts in the digester and related processes.
• Record and analyze data to ensure plant runs as specified.
• Troubleshoot failures to determine root causes and perform repairs.
• Maintain instrumentation and control equipment including recorders and flowmeters.
• Collect samples for testing and report results for process control.
• Ensure plant operates within required standards.
• Monitor electrical systems and equipment performance.
• Maintain a clean and presentable plant environment.
• Perform other duties and project work as assigned.
