Job summary

TotalEnergies Integrated Power USA seeks a hands-on Operations Manager to lead the safe, reliable operation of a portfolio of distributed solar and energy storage assets in the Georgia region. You will coordinate O&M providers, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement to maximize uptime and financial results.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in operations or asset management, knowledge of solar PV and BESS, and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent level.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, asset management, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with data-driven resolution.
• Ability to interpret performance data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Experience managing contractors, OEMs, and service providers.
• Knowledge of solar PV and battery storage operations and maintenance.
• Understanding of safety standards and electrical maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with CMMS, remote monitoring, and data analysis tools.
• Ability to assess risks and make sound risk-based decisions.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, reliable operation of distributed solar and storage assets to optimize performance.
• Manage third-party O&M providers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Drive asset availability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Review performance data and alarms to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate daily activities with stakeholders to ensure timely maintenance.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Engage OEMs to resolve technical issues and pursue warranties.
• Develop and refine maintenance strategies and reliability initiatives.
