Job summary

Erie 1 BOCES in West Seneca, NY seeks a Specialist for the NYS Testing team. You will assist districts with state testing, learn and document testing processes, and provide customer service by handling emails and calls. You will liaise with internal teams and participate in statewide testing meetings and conferences.

The role requires presenting training materials, coordinating with coordinators and managers, and supporting data reporting and system enhancements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field with four years of IT experience delivering training for users of information technology.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by (A) and (B).

Responsibilities

• Respond to district emails and phone calls; troubleshoot data reporting issues.
• Develop and deliver district-wide training presentations on state testing processes.
• Coordinate with NYS Testing team, attendees, and district personnel; communicate requirements.
