Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree & 1 year IT experience in tech customer service and software support; or
• Associate's Degree & 3 years IT experience delivering tech customer service and software support; or
• High school diploma and 5 years IT experience delivering tech customer service and software support; or
• Equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by A-D

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions to school district personnel on supported software platforms.
• Provide responsive and effective technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials tailored to district needs.
• Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Track support metrics and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
• Provide backup for other team members
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to civil service job description.
