Erie 1 BOCES plays a significant role in coordinating NYS data collection and state testing for Western NY schools. We are seeking a Senior Account Clerk Typist to join our Data Services team to help districts with state testing needs.
The ideal candidate will assist with billing, provide phone and email support to districts, and maintain accurate financial records. This role is based at the West Seneca campus and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Hours: 8:00AM - 4:00PM
Hourly Rate: $21.58
Annual Education Stipends: $500 for Associates Degree/Accredited Training Program Certification or
$1000 for Bachelors Degree or
$1500 for Masters Degree

Minimum Civil Service Qualifications:
A) Possession of an Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business and one (1) years’ experience in the compilation and maintenance of financial records; OR:
B) Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and three (3)years’ experience in the compilation and maintenance of financial records; OR:
C) Seven (7) years’ experience in the compilation and maintenance of financial records; OR:
D) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A), (B) and (C)
