Job summary

SuperOrdinary is seeking a Social Commerce Specialist/Manager in New York City to drive day-to-day social commerce execution across TikTok Shop, creator outreach, and performance analysis. The role offers flexible hybrid work and growth opportunities as we expand our Manhattan presence.

You will own reporting, coordination with ads and creative teams, and collaboration with brand partners to optimize campaigns and drive GMV across platforms.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in social commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop strongly preferred; experience with other platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple brands and campaigns.
• Understanding of creator workflows, affiliate mechanics, and content-driven commerce dynamics.
• Clear written and verbal communication; coordinate with internal teams, creators, and partners.
• Execution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Growth mentality to learn across both analytical/operational and creative workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution across the TikTok Shop backend and campaign setup.
• Manage creator outreach, relationships, and affiliate programs from sourcing to posting.
• Track GMV, traffic, conversion, CTR, and other metrics; surface insights to improve performance.
• Execute assortment launches, promotions, pricing updates, and campaign registrations with Brand Lead.
• Collaborate with ads, creative, operations, and external partners for alignment.
• Maintain performance reporting, trackers, and internal docs; support weekly/monthly reporting.
• Monitor inventory, shop health, product listings, and campaign readiness; flag risks.
• Oversee VA execution related to creator communication and data entry; ensure accuracy.
