Brooklyn SolarWorks is seeking a Sales Director in New York City to lead and scale their residential solar sales organization. You will own targets, design a repeatable sales process, and collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead flow and conversion.

This leadership role reports to the COO and sits on the leadership team. Ideal candidates bring a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams, a teachable sales methodology, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive residential solar sales experience.
• Proven track record leading and growing sales teams (10+ reps).
• Clear, teachable sales methodology implemented and refined.
• Strong process orientation and systems-building.
• Experience driving sales culture change with metrics.
