Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience managing security teams in the manned guarding sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across NYC contracts.
• Produce and manage rosters and deployment schedules.
• Ensure staffing coverage through workforce planning and shift management.
• Monitor staffing to meet contractual obligations and budgeted hours.
• Conduct site audits and welfare visits.
• Lead and coach officers across multiple locations.
• Manage recruitment, vetting, onboarding, and interviews.
