Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of residential property management experience in NYC.
• Experience managing multifamily properties.
• Strong budgeting, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations and resident relations.
• Supervise maintenance staff and outside vendors.
• Oversee building maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Prepare and manage budgets, approve invoices, and monitor expenses.
• Ensure rent collection and compliance with NYC housing regulations.
• Respond to resident concerns and provide regular reports to ownership.
