Genuine Search Group is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee a 200-unit portfolio in NYC. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, resident relations, and compliance with housing regulations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of NYC multifamily experience, strong budgeting and communication skills, and proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or MRI. This position is typically on-site in NYC.
