JVA, an award-winning architecture studio in Chelsea, seeks a candidate with 5+ years of professional experience to assist across all project phases and lead future projects. You will work under a Senior Architect on high-end residential commissions and collaborate in a fast-paced studio in NYC.

The role requires strong 3D modeling or BIM proficiency, excellent detailing, and the ability to manage multiple projects. US work authorization is required, and residency in the NYC area is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional arch experience.
• Experience across all project phases is a plus.
• Proficient in 3D modeling or BIM software.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• NYC residential architecture experience is a plus.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Architect or Principal with designs, drawings, code research, and material selection.
• Help manage schedules and coordinate with clients, contractors, expeditors, consultants, city agencies, and vendors.
• Assist with construction administration.
