Job summary

STUDIO V Architecture in New York City seeks a senior project manager with strong design confidence and technical acumen to turn ideas into reality. The role requires managing a project team, maintaining schedules and budgets, and delivering projects from concept through construction administration.

The candidate should have 10+ years in architecture/urban design, a 5-year B.Arch or higher, and advanced proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Procore, with excellent client communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in creative architecture/urban design firms.
• 5-year Bachelor of Architecture; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a project team and budgets.
• Experience with all project phases from concept through construction administration.
• Excellent communication, ability to multi-task and manage client expectations.
• Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning regulations.
• Technical proficiency with REVIT, AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Translate conceptual ideas into buildable design resolutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and in-house design staff.
• Oversee all phases from concept through construction administration.

We are seeking talented a senior project manager with solid experience, design confidence, and technical acumen to turn ideas into reality.

Candidates Should Have The Following Qualifications

• 10+ years work experience in creative firms for architecture and urban planning
• 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree / Master of Architecture degree a plus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a project team and maintain project schedule and budget
• Experience with all phases of a project – concept through construction administration
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task
• Ability to build relationship with clients, manage project expectations and problem solve
• Strong command of NYC building codes, zoning regulations
