Job summary

Union Street Studio Architects, PLLC, a Brooklyn-based architecture practice, seeks a Project Architect to lead design development through construction administration. Based in Brooklyn, you will manage multiple projects and coordinate with consultants and clients in a collaborative studio.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of NYC-focused experience, strong knowledge of NYC codes, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Enscape, with a passion for design excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree.
• Architectural licensure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NYC Building Code, zoning, and DOB filing and approval processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design development through construction documents and construction administration.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, envelope, and other consultants.
• Work with clients, contractors, consultants and building management.
