Job summary

Archinect in New York City seeks a Project Manager / Project Architect for our Chelsea office. This in-person role leads architectural projects from concept through construction, requiring leadership, technical expertise and a deep appreciation for design.

You will drive design and project management, collaborate with Billy Cotton Studio on interiors, manage schedules and budgets, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with clients and consultants to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.
• Proficient in Revit, MS Office, and Adobe InDesign.
• High-end interior detailing knowledge.
• Experience in specifying interior finishes, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and lighting.
• Driver's License required.
• Licensure preferred but not required; willingness to pursue licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project management across complex projects.
• Collaborate on interiors with Billy Cotton Studio to coordinate design concepts.
• Oversee project workflow, schedules, budgets, and design deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure successful outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior staff to support project success.
