Job summary

Human Interest in New York City is seeking a Regional Director to lead a team of Partner Account Managers and drive revenue growth across a defined region. You will coach, recruit, forecast, and travel for field rides, conferences, and partnership meetings in a fast-growing fintech environment.

The role emphasizes quota attainment, leadership across multiple functions in retirement services, and strong relationship-building with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and brokers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in selling 401k with proven success.
• 3-5 years of experience in leading front line sales professionals across multiple functions in retirement services/HCM/payroll.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding your sales quota.
• Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, and benefit brokers.
• Tech savvy; experience using Salesforce CRM to manage sales process and forecasting.
• Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Willing to flex with constant change and day-to-day competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve revenue goals.
• Recruit and retain Partner Account Managers by hiring for required skills and competencies, while coaching sales and implementation processes.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and forecast sales.
• Drive a culture of accountability while having fun in the process.
• Travel within your region and nationally to participate in field rides with individual team members, and attend meetings that include sales conferences, trade shows, and partnership huddles.
