Job summary

REAL New York is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the full leasing cycle from vacancy to move-in for our exclusive landlord and management partners in New York City.

You will build trusted relationships, tailor leasing strategies, coordinate applications and move-ins, and collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to maximize occupancy. A strong client-focus and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential leasing, account management, or property management experience, preferably in NYC.
• Strong understanding of New York City rental regulations, leasing practices, and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and property managers, building long-term relationships.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle from vacancy through executed lease and move-in.
• Evaluate listings, pricing, and marketing to maximize exposure and occupancy.
• Coordinate applications, approvals, and move-in processes end-to-end.
• Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to improve processes and client service.
