Job summary

The New York City Department of Education is seeking a Program Manager, Community Schools to drive policy decisions and support a cohort of Community Schools with strong customer service. You will lead partnerships with CBOs, coordinate data-driven meetings, and ensure fiscal and programmatic fidelity across sites.

Responsibilities include developing budgets, expanding learning and mental health services, and reporting findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in education or related field with leadership experience.
• Experience in portfolio planning, grants/funding, and program evaluation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and management of partnerships with community-based organizations in NYC public schools.
• Provide project management support to School Directors and CBO liaisons across cohorts.
• Develop and implement policies to support mentoring and family engagement.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and ensure grant compliance.
