Job summary

Industrious is seeking a General Manager for the New York City market to lead daily operations across 5–10 locations with a team of 20+ hospitality and operations staff. You will set the market's strategic direction and own customer experience, sales, and operational excellence.

You will manage P&L, drive profitability, coach a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class member experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-unit operations and teams in a hospitality/service-focused environment.
• Proven ownership of P&L with ability to drive profitability and growth.
• Experience coaching and developing high-performing teams to achieve targets.
• Strong focus on customer experience and operating excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for 5–10 locations in the NYC market and 20+ staff.
• Set strategic direction for the market and drive guest experience, sales, and operational metrics.
• Lead Area Sales Leads and manage end-to-end sales processes and key deals.
• Collaborate with Facilities and Member Tech to deliver best-in-class member experiences.
