Qualifications

• Familiarity with NYC transit, directions, and local venues.
• Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS (Opera MS Shift).
• Capable of communicating effectively in English and another language.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely information on New York City, its places and travel options.
• Make and confirm travel arrangements for guests (bus, rail, airline, limousine).
• Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services.
• Review logs to ensure arrangements are executed.
• Offer information on attractions, shopping, and venues in NYC.
