Job summary

QP Group seeks a senior operations leader and construction executive to oversee its New York City General Building Division. You will drive performance across multiple projects, lead senior project teams and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery to clients.

You will provide strategic direction, manage financial performance and client relationships, and partner with executive leadership to grow the division while maintaining rigorous standards and exceptional project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience within large-scale general building construction.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple major construction projects and operational teams.
• Strong commercial, financial and project delivery expertise.
• Experience managing senior-level construction professionals.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operations across the NYC General Building Division.
• Manage senior project leadership teams, including Project Executives, Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Drive project performance, profitability, scheduling and operational efficiency.
• Oversee resource allocation, workforce planning and project execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent standards across safety, quality and project delivery.
• Support business growth, strategic planning and long-term divisional objectives.
