Job summary

Gold Group is seeking a Project Executive in New York, NY, to lead high-rise multi-family construction efforts. The role focuses on scheduling, budgets, team direction, safety, and client communications on active sites.

You will mentor PMs and supers, oversee turnover, ensure adherence to policies, and drive project success from planning through close-out. This is a senior, on-site leadership role in a dynamic NYC market.

Project Executive, New York, NY

NY based GC are experiencing a period of growth an looking to appoint a Project Executive who will play an integral role on future construction jobs.

Keen to speak with senior construction specialists who have experience of working on NYC high rise / multi-family jobs.

You will oversee scheduling and budgets, team management & direction, construction oversight, whilst keeping on top of safety and compliance, by leading from the front. Managing client relations and communications as well as other usual tasks issued to a Project Executive.

You will be expected to help with putting together training for those who need mentoring and support, supervise Project Managers and Supers to ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules, in accordance with all company and job policies and procedures.

Responsible for the general oversight and management of the project throughout the construction, final punch-list and project turnover phases, also including document close-out.

Establish project objectives and performance standards in accordance with Company Quality Standards and within the requirements of the Project Plans and Specifications.

Direct PMS to monitor Trade and Vendor performance, schedule maintenance, quality control, safety, and compliance and report on a regular basis.

Monitor adherence to procedures and policies regarding internal controls, safety procedures, etc. and ensures that the Project Team are instructed on such and have the capacity to carry out these Policies and Procedures.
