You will lead day-to-day site activities, manage subcontractors, safety, quality control and scheduling to ensure work meets specifications and regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills are essential, with a proven track record on complex commercial or institutional builds.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in construction superintendent roles.
• Experience in large-scale commercial or institutional construction.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication and safety management skills.
• Familiarity with construction software such as Procore, PlanGrid or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, subcontractors and field teams.
• Coordinate site logistics, schedules and workforce planning.
• Maintain strict safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor quality, drawings, specifications and installation standards.
• Manage progress reporting, inspections and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project management, inspectors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and applicable building codes.
