Job summary

Forgepoint is building the team that will scale from a founding group to a full company. This is a true 0→1 recruiting role, owning full-cycle hiring across engineering and GTM—from sourcing to close—and setting the bar as we grow.

Work directly with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like, run fast, thoughtful processes, and give every candidate an experience that shows how much we care. You’ll be in our NYC office five days a week.

Qualifications

• You have full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• You excel at sourcing and engaging top talent.
• You maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
• You are organized and data-driven about your pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Define scorecards and ideal profiles with founders and managers.
• Build targeted pipelines through creative sourcing and referrals.
• Own candidate journey from first contact to close.
• Assess candidates against role outcomes and values.
• Run fast, thoughtful processes with strong communication.
