Qualifications

• Proven track record closing top candidates in competitive markets.
• Deep sourcing chops and proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with founders and hiring managers to set talent bar, goals, and employer branding.
• Oversee candidate coordination, tools, and hiring processes.
• Optional ownership of HR/People Ops as needed.
• Act as an ambassador for Paraform's mission and product to attract top talent.
