Job summary

Natural Wireless, LLC is seeking a proactive Resident Experience Manager to be the face of the service in luxury NYC buildings. This full-time, field-based role requires daily visits to properties, building relationships, educating staff about services, and coordinating on-site events.

You will work independently to schedule visits, collect resident feedback, and drive service adoption across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional demeanor with residents and staff.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience in property management, residential services, hospitality, or customer engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM (Pipeline CRM), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel daily throughout NYC and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Evening lobby event facilitation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact between Natural Wireless and property staff.
• Visit buildings daily to maintain relationships and resident satisfaction.
• Educate staff on Natural Wireless services, benefits, and value proposition.
• Coordinate on-site promotions including lobby hours and events.
• Develop outreach strategies to boost awareness and sign-ups.
• Track resident feedback and service-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and service concerns.
• Document visits and engagement metrics in Pipeline CRM.
• Attend monthly team meetings at NJ headquarters and support improvements.
