Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced NYC DOB Superintendent to oversee field operations of ground-up residential construction projects across New York City.

The ideal candidate will supervise on-site crews, manage budgets, ensure safety and code compliance, and coordinate with investors and subcontractors to keep critical milestones on track. Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, and affordable housing developments from excavation through turnover is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ground-up residential, mid-rise, and mixed-use building projects.
• Ability to oversee construction personnel and manage project finances.
• Familiarity with scopes of work and aligning them with project objectives.
• Excellent communication with investors and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and NYC building codes (including DOB).
• Proven track record of managing timelines and quality.
