Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in large-scale residential construction.
• Experience with ground-up multifamily or mixed-use developments.
• Minimum of 7 projects in a principal role for at least 75% of the duration.

Responsibilities

• Field supervision of all construction activities.
• Maintain project schedule and resolve issues proactively.
• Manage the project budget and expense control.
• Serve as the primary field contact for all parties involved.

Skills

Large-scale residential construction experience

Ability to manage major trades

Experience obtaining TCO

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management
