Resource Options, Inc. in New York City seeks an experienced Licensed DOB Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up and interior commercial projects. You will coordinate trades, review drawings, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with superintendent duties.
• Proven NYC commercial project experience (ground-up or interior fit-out).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction across multiple trades.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and PM teams.
• Maintain and enforce project schedule; manage milestones and deadlines.
• Conduct site walks, QC inspections, and subcontractor meetings.
• Enforce OSHA and NYC DOB safety regulations.
• Review drawings, blueprints, specifications and scope documents.
• Identify and resolve field conflicts to prevent delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and site documentation.
