The role demands excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-growing, design-focused environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Proven sales experience in lighting, luxury interiors, architectural products, or related design-driven industry.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with design professionals and developers.
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing sales reporting.
• Based in New York City, with flexibility to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow market presence across New York City.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through project delivery.
• Advise clients on product solutions, pricing, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, logistics, and design, to ensure smooth execution.
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase visibility.
