Job summary

DOSOBE in New York is seeking a data-driven Client Success Strategist to join our Operations team. You will analyze client health, optimize the customer journey, and help our operations scale with a growing client base.

You will partner with Product and Sales to advocate for features that improve retention, lead strategic reviews with key accounts, and implement playbooks that standardize processes across teams.

Qualifications

• Background in Operations, Customer Success, or Strategy Consulting.
• Analytical prowess—comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects.
• Based in or willing to work from our New York office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for expansion.
• Develop and refine operational playbooks for the Client Success team.
• Partner with the Product team to advocate for features that drive client satisfaction.
• Lead high-level strategic reviews with key accounts to ensure long-term alignment.
