Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting Mac users in large environments.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Updated on the latest tools for environment management.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory control and laptop provisioning.
• Demonstrate ownership and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support on Mac and Chromebook systems.
• Staff in-person and/or virtual help desks.
• Participate in weekend check-ins and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Develop understanding of Oscar's internal IT functions to support end users and SLAs.
• Adhere to policies and propose improvements when needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of IT processes and records.
• Drive initiatives to improve IT workflows and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
