Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT experience in a cloud-first, modern IT environment.
• 1+ years in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with Okta identity and access management.
• 1+ years of using Jamf to manage Mac OS.

Responsibilities

• Handle SSO with Okta and troubleshoot related issues.
• Support Mac OS fleet using Jamf for performance and security.
• Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications.
• Oversee provisioning and deprovisioning of user identities.
