Job summary

Oscar Health in New York City is seeking a Coordinator, IT Services to join our IT Team. The role focuses on end-user support across Mac and Chromebook setups, onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and maintaining documentation.

The position is hybrid with 3 days in-office per week; Thursdays are in-office for meetings and events, with flexible remaining days. A first-line support role offering bonus opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting Mac users in large environments.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Experience with end-user support, onboarding, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support on Mac and Chromebook systems.
• Staff in-person and/or virtual help desks.
• Participate in a team rotation of weekend check-ins and support international onboarding.
• Develop deep understanding of Oscar's internal IT functions to support end users and optimize SLAs.
• Adhere to policies while assisting users and suggest improvements when needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and ensure records are up to date.
• Show initiative in actions, projects and interactions, improving IT workflows.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
