Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Coordinator, IT Services to join our IT Team in New York City. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly, with Thursdays as in-office team meeting days.

You will provide Mac/Chromebook end-user support, staff the help desks, and assist with onboarding for employees and contractors. You will work with developers, operations, executives, and end users to understand IT functions, manage SLAs, and document workflows while promoting process improvements and

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting Mac users in large environments.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide end user support on Mac and Chromebook systems.
• Staff in-person and/or virtual help desks.
• Participate in weekend check-ins, typically four hours.
• Provide support for international onboarding.
• Develop understanding of Oscar's internal IT functions to support end users and SLAs.
• Adhere to policies and procedures while assisting users, and suggest improvements.
