Responsibilities

• Actively participates in daily IT operations that impact key IT components and processes.
• Liaises between Housing Works, Synoptek/BCMone and other vendors regarding technology and infrastructure with regular meetings.
• Assist and support team members in IT projects, coordinating and scheduling execution.
• Reviewing, assessing, and evaluating project execution and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Maintain IT compliance and conduct audits.
• Support cell phone management, office phones, desktops, IT equipment and inventory systems.
• Maintain compliance and audits including e-waste inventory and secure printing.
