As a key member of the IT Engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise applications and providing innovative solutions to business challenges through automation. As an IT Engineer I you will be involved in managing user devices, analyzing, installing, modifying, and supporting operating systems and enterprise software. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and operation of IT systems within the organization.
This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
The base pay for this role is: $101,844.00 - $133,670.25 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
