CBRE Group, Inc. invites applications for an Assistant Property Manager to support the property management team in operating a 39-story office tower in New York, NY.

This on-site position covers marketing, operations, and financial activities for a large commercial building. You will collaborate with property staff to ensure services meet contractual obligations, maintain records, and assist in budget-related reporting and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly.
• Maintain property records in an organized and up-to-date manner.
• Interact with tenants via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist in performing periodic regular property inspections. Recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary.
• Review and approve vendor invoices for payment in compliance with the management agreement and CBRE policies.
• Assist with the preparation of accurate tenant billings.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and walkthrough spaces with tenants and the tenant improvement department.
• Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and complete reports.
