Job summary
CorePower Yoga is hiring an Area Sales Advisor in NYC to drive yoga product and membership sales by building relationships and delivering an exceptional student experience. The role covers a 2/3-studio area with 60–100 memberships per month, requiring travel to various facilities and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You will prospect, follow up, and convert leads, while supporting in-studio and market activations and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial/self-starter.
- Excellent sales, written and verbal communication.
- Customer service skills required.
- Confidence to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with optimistic attitude.
- Team player with ability to build community.
Responsibilities
- Prospect new and existing students and facilitate CorePower Yoga experience.
- Generate leads from classes, events, and studio inquiries.
- Follow up consistently and drive membership conversion.
- Support and build in-studio and market engagement and activations.
- Drive brand awareness through events and relationships with local businesses.
- Know top students and VIP members to deliver hospitality.
- Maintain marketing materials and replenish supplies.
- Communicate with Field and Studio Support Center Leadership.
- Drive shared membership goals and own the student experience in the studio.
- Learn and use the POS system and train instructors on selling.
