Sedgwick is seeking a Full-time Workers’ Compensation Claims Examiner with jurisdiction experience in NY. The role analyzes New York Lost-Time claims, adjudicates benefits, and negotiates settlements within authority while maintaining client service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze NY Lost-Time claims and determine benefits due in a timely manner.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions professionally.
