Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service branches across the New York City area, including Queens and the Bronx, with responsibility for a $30M regional book of business. This hands-on role partners with executive leadership to drive growth and develop the next generation of Branch Managers.

You will coach leaders, review P&L and KPIs, expand market share, and travel across the region to support teams in the field.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple business units or branch locations.
• P&L ownership and financial accountability.
• Proven track record developing managers and future leaders.
• Willingness to travel across the New York Metro region.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple branch locations across the New York Metro region.
• Coach and develop Branch Managers and Supervisors.
• Drive regional sales growth and market expansion.
• Review P&Ls, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
• Improve customer retention and branch profitability.
• Recruit, develop, and retain leadership talent.
• Partner with executive leadership on regional initiatives.
• Travel throughout the region to coach, support, and develop branch teams.
