Job summary

Kith is seeking a Facilities Manager for the NY Metro to oversee the physical integrity and operational readiness of its NY area stores. The role coordinates preventive maintenance, vendor management, and on-site project support across seven locations including Williamsburg and Soho, ensuring safety and brand standards in a luxury retail environment.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in facilities management, familiarity with NY codes and ADA, and offers strong communication with HQ partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of facilities management or building operations experience, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with New York building codes, fire safety compliance, and ADA requirements.
• CFM or FMP designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across seven NY locations ensuring environments are functional and brand-appropriate.
• Execute preventive maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and restaurant equipment.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships, work orders, and cost accountability.
