Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly preventive maintenance on building equipment and envelope.
• Inspect equipment such as boilers, generators, HVAC and safety systems.
• Order maintenance supplies and assist Regional Manager with capital projects.
• Coordinate energy management systems and building lighting; assist with POS/telecom systems.
• Respond to after-hours and emergency calls; overtime may be required.
