Job summary

OTB Group North America is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance for all retail locations and the corporate office. You will manage vendor relationships, budgets, and project timelines while coordinating with SPID, Interior Design, and Retail Ops to protect brand integrity and operational efficiency.

The role requires multi-site experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize urgent needs across locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager and/or Project Manager in retail or luxury settings.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong budget, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with AutoCAD and SAP preferred; able to coordinate multi-site projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work extended hours if needed.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Plan day-to-day and annual maintenance workflows.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships and project timelines.
• Coordinate with SPID, Store Management, Interior Design, and Retail Ops.
• Prepare budgets and track costs; manage procurement in SAP.
• Ensure ADA and safety compliance across stores and offices.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
