Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, Public Administration, Public Health, or related field.
  • Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and community-based service systems.
  • Knowledge of NY Connects, aging services, long-term services and supports, benefits, and entitlement programs.
  • Experience with quality assurance, compliance monitoring, internal audits, or contractual monitoring.
  • Experience with electronic case management systems.
  • Experience working with NYC Aging-funded programs or other government-funded human services programs.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance & Accountability: ensure accuracy and apply QA/compliance principles.
  • Data & Performance Management: collect, organize, analyze, and interpret program data; monitor targets.
  • Organization & Project Coordination: manage priorities, tracking systems, and tasks.
  • Communication & Collaboration: interact with staff, management, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Professionalism & Judgment: maintain confidentiality and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: review client records, ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness; assist audits.
