Nabis is seeking a reliable Operations Manager to support our New York delivery hub. This full-time role requires supervisor or manager-level experience in warehouse and/or distribution logistics, reporting to the New York General Manager and collaborating with other Nabis hubs.

The Operations Manager will organize, oversee, and strategize daily site operations, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional process improvements in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics leadership.
• Proven ability to manage teams and optimize operational efficiency.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound activities within the NY warehouse.
• Track performance and provide training to associates.
• Match staffing to daily volume and SLA targets.
• Drive cross-department collaboration and SOP compliance.
