Job summary

Ontivity in Houston, TX is seeking a NWSA Credentialed Tower Foreman w/ A&L & Rigger Specialty to lead on-site erection, maintenance, and safety for wireless towers. You will supervise tower personnel, ensure OSHA rules are followed, and coordinate with the Construction Manager to deliver high-quality installations per client specs.

This safety-sensitive role requires hands-on leadership, rigging, hoisting, documentation, and closeout support.

Qualifications

• NWSA Certification w/ A&L Specialty & Rigger Specialty
• Ability to lead erection, construction, and maintenance of wireless towers
• Strong adherence to OSHA requirements and safety procedures
• Proven leadership and on-site supervision skills

Responsibilities

• Lead work on tower top, overseeing all tasks on the tower for safe, quality installation.
• Coordinate rigging, hoisting, grounding, cabling and inspections to spec.
• Supervise crew, ensure compliance with Jobsite Safety Assessment (JSA) forms.
• Photograph and document work for closeout packages and client records.
• Assist in site prep, monopole and tower assembly, and antenna installations.
