Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a trusted foreman to lead the erection, construction, and maintenance of wireless towers in Little Rock, AR. You will supervise crew members, coordinate with Construction and Project Managers, and ensure all safety and OSHA standards are met during every task.

Ideal candidates have NWSA Certification, tower climbing and rigging experience, and a solid focus on safety and quality. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring travel and strong leadership to mentor junior crew

Qualifications

• NWSA Certification required.
• Tower climbing and rigging experience.
• Knowledge of safety practices and fall protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead erection, construction and maintenance of wireless towers.
• Supervise up to 4 tower personnel.
• Ensure OSHA requirements and company procedures are followed.
